How It Works
1. Select your packaging.
Each package comes with the label format shown. Browse our design templates in Step 3 or send us your own designs after checkout. We print and affix with love.
2. Fill your gifts.
We have an array of items proven to be crowd pleasers — from local treats made in New York to the big box veterans sure to bring on the nostalgia.
Following a strict color scheme? Want a healthy focus? On a tight budget? Want to go all out? The Giftwell has plenty of options for everyone.
If you’re looking for something specific and can’t find it on our site, get in touch and we’ll see if we can get it for you!
3. Customize your label to fit your vibe.
Select from our complementary templates or email your design file after checkout. If you’re using our templates, it will go like this:

If you’re using your own design, we’ll email you after checkout with a specific timeline of what we will need from you and when. In general, we need design files 5 weeks prior to your wedding date. In the meantime, make sure to review our design guidelines.
4. Choose your note format and personalize it.
Select a note format from the three options shown above and detailed below. Each format is specifically designed to include a brief welcome note, itinerary details, and transportation notes.

Tri-folded in each gift with your monogram face up.
Note (5” x 7”)
Text on one side and a pattern on the other is highly recommended - especially if you’re using our templates.
3-Part Fan (6.5" x 4.25" all together)
This option has a dedicated page for a note, itinerary, and your favorite local hot spots (or a custom map!) All orders come with white ribbon except for the white marble template, which comes with black ribbon.
Once you select your note format, you have three options:
If your copy is ready to go, simply paste it into the text box in Step 4
If you need more time for your copy, you can email it to us after checkout (we’ll just need it 5 weeks before your wedding)
If you have your own design, you can send the file after checkout too! Be sure to visit our design guidelines first.
While we like to think we’re superhumans, we can’t change EVERYTHING, and this includes the checkout process on our site (for now, at least). So, here’s what you can expect, and what you should do:
You will be asked for a Primary Delivery Address, which may be confusing because...aren't all delivery locations created equal?
Yes! This is for tax calculation purposes only. Simply input any address that you know you'll want at least one gift delivered.
But how will we know where to deliver your gifts?
We’ll send you our Delivery Location Form after checkout where you’ll input all the details, including quantity of gifts you’d like delivered to each location. We will only reference this completed form for delivery instructions.

We’ll send you an overview and timeline so you know when we’ll need finalized items like design files, note copy, and the completed Delivery Location Form. And yes, we will most definitely send all customized files for approval before printing.
The Fine Print
We have a flat rate delivery fee for each zone in the New York Metropolitan Area. Check out our FAQ page for details and rates.
If you don’t live in the NY/Metro area and want to use The Giftwell, email us. We’d love to help if we can!
All orders must be placed 8 weeks before the wedding date. If you’re running behind, email us and we’ll see what we can do! Keep in mind you can add as many as 15 gifts to your order up until the 20 day countdown.
